Go to the #sign-ups channel on Discord and click REGISTER. You will also need to CHECK-IN on the day.
If you are an unknown player you need to get your elo up to speed. Play at least 3 games on a public Melo FT server or the pickup channel on Discord before the tournament starts.
Captains' Draft — nominated captains pick their teammates in a predetermined order (lowest elo team always picks first). Teams are 5v5, max 20 min per map. Group stage is round robin BO1. Semi-finals BO1 or BO3, Finals BO3/BO5 if time permits.
Format may change to 4v4 if fewer players than expected turn up on the day.
Check-in happens on June 6th once sign-ups close. If you fail to check in on time your spot will be filled with a sub. Exact numbers are needed to fill the teams — make sure you're on time.
4–5 hours of playing time. Please plan accordingly.
2–3 cup servers will be used so matches can be played simultaneously.
We will use the map picker plugin in QL — easy to use. First pick or drop is determined by /cointoss.
Dedicated voice and text channels will be assigned to each team once seeded. Voice is encouraged but not required.
