GameStatus (papamobi fork). Last updated: 9 July 2026.
This policy covers the papamobi fork of GameStatus,
a Discord bot that monitors game servers and updates a Discord message with the current status.
What data do we collect?
- Guild ID, channel ID, and message ID (Discord snowflakes) of active status messages
- IP address and port of servers being monitored
- Status message customization: type, name, last reported server state, dots, title, offline title,
description, offline description, color, offline color, image, offline image, columns, max edits,
connect update, disconnect update
- Command logs: user name, user ID, command run, arguments (example:
[Command] Tom [293482190031945739] :: status / "csgo", "surf.c4.rs")
- For Quake Live servers running the optional Tr1ckHouse roster plugin: server hostname, gametype, map,
per-player Steam ID, name, score, kills, deaths, damage, captures, and ping. This data is only collected
from servers whose operators have chosen to install the roster plugin.

- When you interact with the bot via Discord chat commands
- When a Quake Live server operator installs the Tr1ckHouse roster plugin on their server
How do we use your data?
- Rendering status updates in your Discord server
- Rendering enriched player rosters for participating Tr1ckHouse fleet servers
How do we store your data?
- Data is stored on our VPS hosted with OVH SAS (Frankfurt, Germany)
- Status data is kept until you remove the status message with
!statusremove or the bot is removed from your Discord guild
- Command logs are kept for up to 1 year, after which they are deleted
- Tr1ckHouse roster data lives in memory only, with a 180-second time-to-live; it is not persisted to disk
Sharing data with third parties
- We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to outside parties
- The bot queries game servers directly using their advertised IP addresses; this is a technical necessity for status updates
- The bot interacts with Discord's official API to send and update messages
